These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of SpaceVerse ("we," "our," or "us"), located at spaceverse.studio ("the Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Use of the Service
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian permission.
You agree to:

Not misuse or reverse engineer our technology
Respect intellectual property rights of others
2. Accounts & Subscriptions
Account Registration:
Users must register an account to access core features. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
Subscription Plans:
We offer a free plan with limited functionality and a premium subscription plan (€19/month) with full access to all features.
Subscriptions are billed monthly. Payment is processed through Stripe, a secure third-party payment processor. We do not store your credit card information.
Billing & Renewal:
Subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis. Your subscription will automatically renew each month unless you cancel it. You will be charged €19 at the beginning of each billing cycle. Stripe will automatically send you receipts for all payments.
Cancellation:
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to premium features until the end of the period you have paid for.
No Refund Policy:
All subscription payments are final and non-refundable. As a SaaS service, we do not provide refunds for monthly subscription fees (€19/month), regardless of usage or cancellation timing. This policy applies to all subscriptions, including partial billing periods.
3. Content
You are responsible for any content you upload (lyrics, images, etc.). You retain ownership, but grant us a license to display and store your content as part of providing the Service.
We do not monitor user content but may remove content that violates the law or these Terms.
4. Intellectual Property
All software, content, branding, and design is either owned by us or licensed for use. You may not copy, reproduce, or reverse engineer any part of the Service without permission.
5. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, availability, and non-infringement.
We are not responsible for:
Content generated by users
Loss of data or service interruptions
Outcomes of your use of AI-generated content
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including data loss or revenue loss, arising from your use of the Service.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service at our discretion, especially for violating these Terms. Currently, user accounts are not actively moderated or removed unless upon user request.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the country in which the company is registered. If the jurisdiction changes, we will update these Terms accordingly.
